Ive just been to asda and wanted some seafood sauce.
Looked at their own brand healthy one and compared it with their smartprice one. Every measurment was higher on the healthy one so i bought the smart price and have just checked the syn values online. For 1 tbsp healthy is 2.5 syns and smartprice (and half the price) is 0.5 syns.
Wonder how many other so called healthy products are higher in cals, fat, carbs, syns etc the the supermarkets cheap options.
