Second Week

Last week my wife and I started on WW again. We had a very successful first week losing almost 1/2 stone each (I suspect that we were artificially on the heavy side considering the weekend we had before we started). This week neither of us have lost anything. Is this normal? Is it the body adjusting and the weight loss will start again? Or are we doing something wrong?

So far this week I've consumed my points and haven't yet used any of the extra points.
