Green Days Seem to be eating for England today.

Grappling with life

Its half term and not being at work is a real struggle for me. I am a major boredom eater.

Have decided to have a green day as there tends to be more I can eat.

Today so far I have had;
free food;
grapefruit, banana, apple, 2 shape yogurts, 1 x potatoe made into syn free chips.

a;
milk & cheese

b;
2 nimble slices of bread

Syns;
6 quorn nuggets 3 syns
chalk lolly 2 syns

For tea I am planning Salmon (HE b) savory rice and either sweetcorn or carrots.

Have drunk so much its unreal. I could seriously go and chop up 2 or 3 more baking potatoes for chips, but I like a good lashing of salt on them. Or a mushroom omelette.

Am a very bad boredom eater. I am wary of eating "too much" my last consultant simply said I was eating too much free food and that is why I wasn't losing, didn't even look at my other eating habits.

Should I have some more syn free chips or hang out for tea or even have an earlier tea????

Make some more chips Hun...they are free!!! You may find that if you have an earlier tea, you will probably be hungry later anyway and thats the time that you can be tempted to eat the naughty stuff....go on have some chips!...or some fruit!

Make sure your eating enough to fill up in the first place hun, if you are and you still get the munchies, try eating a pickled onion, that will sort it out - promise. xx
