Philadelphia light is a HEXA at 71g, Extra Light is only a HEXB at 100g.

I dont like Laughing Cow Extra Light, it's plastic :jelous: I'd rather just have five good old light instead of six spewy extra light. :D

Philadelphia is only a HEB on the green plan and that is for its protein content. On red and EE you get your protein from free foods like meat so you don't need a healthy extra for protein.

i use sw online and have just checked the phili light on line. I use it all the time and nearly had heartfailure at the thought of having got it wrong as i do mainly EE.
according to my hexa list you can have 71g of phili light.
puss where did you get your info from cos i really don't want to be doing it wrong x

Yes it is HEA but it is only a HEB on the green plan. The previous post implied that is was a HEB on all plan. Sorry for the confusion!

But you still need your calcium which is what HEXA's are intended for on both plans.

As I said, 71g Philadelphia Light is a HEXA so can be used on both plans.
Philadelphia Extra Light is a HEXB so can only be used on Green.
