Hi. I have been back two weeks and lost four pounds. I have been eating as well as usual. It s great. I think I must have clicked with the plan.
I use a calorie checker to cross reference and a pedometer to track my walking calories.
I am going to a spin class later. Ive not been for 3months.
Also i am sick of buying clothes i just look ok in. I want to get fit and look giod. EE is nt a diet like so many ppl say its a healthy eating olan so you can have all the usual meals cooked in a heakthy way.
