Self Destruct Mode... again

I've just been to my weigh in and gained 1.5lb this week after 3.5lb gain last week.

2 weeks ago I got my stone and a half award, but now I'm really struggling to stay on track, grrrrrrr :sigh: :cry: :mad:

Does anyone else find that after doing really well one week, you fall down the next??

i suppose its easy to get complacent and relax thinking youve got it cracked,
best to just re-focus and keep your eye on things, if it was that easy everyone would be thin and we wouldnt be here.
