Self sabbotage!

So very disappointed in myself. A week until I go on holiday and I have lost the plot. Trying to move up to fully ss+ seems to have made me go awry. Today I have binged on 6 Atkins bars! I mean seriously, Atkins bars!!!!????
I want to lose this week before I go away, enjoy my holiday(but not too much) and come back straight on to ss but I appear to be sabotaging myself. I feel fat and horrid and just generally fed up with my self. I have done so well and now I am just ruining it all. Where do I find my focus????
