I don't know if other people have this same experience but here we go again... Have done really well and lost 2 stone in eight weeks. Next thing I know I don't stop eating junk all week and I am 6lbs heavier. I can only hope some of it is water or whatever but raaah! I do this every time! What's wrong with me? I have got so much weight still to lose! Every single time I do this. Does anyone have any words of wisdom? Any psychology to explain my actions?
