Hey everyone,
I weigh in on a monday night and have 4 more weigh ins until september 29th, I am wanting to lose at least half a stone by then!
Anybody else want to join me?

Week one (29/08/2011) - Lost half a pound (bit gutted as i stuck to it 100%, But never the less I am still sticking to it this week!)

I am also going to add this to my signature with my daily syns!!

I need another 6lbs off by the 26th of sept! Are you excercising at all? I have found since training its added another 1/2 lb to a 1lb off extra per week!

Try upping your super free foods intake and I find if I do a good mix of red and green days instead of just sticking to one it helps..but that is purely my experience I know some people find sticking to one is better,

thanks for your reply!
yeah i do exercise i dont have a lot of time so i go every tuesday night and do 2/3 gym classes and if i get chance during the week ill go again
I work in a garden centre so i am running about all the time at work!
