Its that time again... a new month coming up... time for a new challenge

The way the challenge works
You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

Why?
I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by Xmas'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days)

PLEASE remember and come back and update with your losses every week :)

Can I join please! Have just swapped from lighter life so need an incentive! Weigh in is a Tuesday & I'll go for 6 ibs please - glycogen load may scupper this but will do my best - hope to get 8 but think for month 1 it's best to be conservative!!

Hmm...I sign up for every single one of these and have yet to actually complete a month :eek: BUT, seeing as this is supposed to be the 'new me' I am going to sign up for this one AND SUCCEED!!

I need to lose 6lb a month for the rest of the year to reach target, so I'm going for a very optimistic 6lb please :)

My weigh day is Tuesday.

ok here goes - I said 9lbs last month and lost 5.5lb so this month im going to be more realistic - 6lbs please and my weigh day is Tuesday.
