September exercise challenge?

Hey people! Hope we're all doing ok?
I guess there's been a little shift what with the summer holidays over and new schedules etc.
Well we still have 2/3 left of Sept so we could do a challenge for the next 3 weeks. How about it?

Come on, we can do it!

I'll aim for 15 hours.
Did 1.5 hrs cycling with the children yesterday, 2 hours walk/ jog today.

Ooo Id quite like to join a September challenge. Id like to aim for 15 hours too.

Went for a walk to town yesterday so Ill start from there.

15 target - 1 hr competed.

Hello folks:) count me in, although i'm deliberately cutting back from some previous levels! Want to focus on play (as per primal) plus toning up some wobbly bits on the vibro plate. Done 3 dance classes so far - fairly gentle to ease back in plus 15mins on the plate. Zumba tomorrow will likely be the killer after a month off:eek:

My shoulder was bothering me today after zumba yesterday so decided to skip dancing and did 30mins in gym getting everything stretched out:)

Like it:D. Wish my eight yr old DD wanted to learn to ride - my bike unused this summer :sigh:
