Hi all, After spending 2 hours looking at Cambridge Diet success videos on youtube, reading blogs and articles. I am almost certain i want to pursue the diet. I'm currently 29st. Yup. It's hard knowing that even if i lost 10st, i'd still be fat lol My only luck is that i am very tall and 'carry it well'. Ove the last few months, i've been getting very anxious about my weigh, any twinge and i think i am having a heart attack or dying. Even reading back what i have just written makes me sound ridicuous but that's how i've been feeling lately. I've recently turned 30 and my 20's were pretty miserable socially/romantically and i'd love that to change. I'm going to make an appointment with the dr to see if i'm fine to join the diet and then find a consultant. Any tips on how to pick a good one on the CD website?
