Settled into a routine, but now I need to lose some more!

S: 15st8lb C: 12st3lb G: 11st7lb BMI: 27.6 Loss: 3st5lb(21.56%)
Well, I'm happy with what I'm eating, maintaining after 3.5stone loss, but I'm off on holiday in 10 days and would like a few 'leeway' pounds in hand. I suppose I know the answer to this really, I need to give up my 2 glasses of wine and 6 syns (matchmakers)! a night, I can't up my exercise as I have a knee injury at the moment - any other ideas for clawing back a few pounds? I was thinking of going low carb slimming world! might that work??
