SF and myfitnesspal help

I started SF on Monday and am using MyFitnessPal to help calorie control. MFP tells me I can have upto 1200 calories per day and I'm struggling to do this. I use skimmed milk for SF (anyone know what the lesser calories would be for this?) and by the time I have my 600 cal meal, there is no room for 3 100 cal snacks.
Can anyone please advise?

Hey I totaly understand :) it says same wit me. What I dnt understand is it says on mfp tht stwbry shake powder is 223 is tht wit milk o witout???

Do some exercise love then u can manage it no problem as it replaces some of yr calories. I also use this I seem to manage ok some times a little under or a lil over. Or if not I think in yr settings u can change the amount of calories maybe to 1300?

Hiya, i've just looked on the back on my slim fast can.. 2 level scoops with 250ml of skimmed milk = 230 cals. 2x shakes = 460cal + 600cal meal = 1060, you can have two snacks a day and be fine.. my fitness pal works out your calories based on how much weight you want to lose a week and what your activity level is etc.. as you don't have a lot of weight to lose it is putting your weight loss total quite low so you may find that you'll have to up your exercise
