Can someone help me i am new to this...
I looked on SF website and it states
2 shakes
3 snacks less then 100cals each
1 evening meal under 600 cals
Can i have other thing rather then sf items.
Such as a ready meal for 400cals and a yog to make it up to 600?
I am just unsure and want to start off as i mean to go on.

Hi Gemma - good luck with SF!
You don't have to have the SF products for your meal or for snacks as long as they are the right calories you should lose weight - I normally have fruit for my snacks and then a healthy low-cal meal for dinner!

Gemma, as long as the snack is 100 cals it can be anything - a lot of crisps are under 100 cals ( quavers, wotsits), cereal bars, 1 x weetabix & 90 ml skimmed milk, the list goes on!!!!!!!
