    Day 1 and im slightly unprepared for a new diet! was away at the weekend so have very little food in and most of what i do have in is WW so im going to struggle until i get my head round it and hopefully be on it from next week!!

    Feel free to correct me if im wrong!! :D

    Breakfast

    Oat So Simple - 6.5
    Milk Skimmed - HEa

    Dinner
    Pasta - Free
    Tuna - HEb
    Extra Low fat mayo - 1
    Sweetcorn - Free
    Pot of Jelly - 0.5
    Apple - Free
    Satsuma - Free

    Tea
    Jacket potato - Free
    Beans - Free
    28g cheddar cheese - HEb
    WW Jaffa Cake Bar - 5

    Syns = 13

    Oat So Simple - 6.5 (this can be your second Healthy Extra B choice on Green if it's the plain one)
    Milk - (unsure) Milk is a healthy Extra A choice - 250ml for semi skimmed and 350ml for skimmed.

    Dinner
    Pasta - Free
    Tuna - HEb
    Extra Low fat mayo - 1
    Sweetcorn - Free
    Pot of Jelly - what type is it, low calorie ones tend to be 1/2-1 syn per portion?
    Apple - Free
    Satsuma - Free

    Tea

    Snacks

    :D Thank you!! I managed to find that i can use milk as my A so have changed accordingly. The Oats are flavoured and i was gutted to read that :( Have a box of 16!! nevermind!

    The jelly is a rowntrees one i think, its a branded one anyway and is the sugar free version. I do have 2 pots of normal full fat sugar to get through as well, maybe i should have eaten them at the weekend :rolleyes:
