Shake values without using milk???

Apologies if this has already been answered, can anyone tell me how many calories the shakes are if using water? As i prefer to keep milk for brews

All shake values as given on the S lim and Save sheet that comes with your order are for shakes made with water. 150ml skimmed milk adds 50 calories,
