    I'm sure i read that someone had used one of these on WW and it actually worked? Does anyone know if it's handy to get one? and actually does start to tone up the arms? i need to do something lol along with the good old dips :)

    sorry mate can't help. I don't even know what they are... I'll investigate though :) anything to tone my arms! I'm getting married in a strapless dress! ;)

    No personal experience with it yet - I'm waiting till I can pick one up in my "As Seen On TV" store. But I know people who are very satisfied with the results.

    Hi - yes it works, it easy, quick and effective. looks a bit dodgy when you use it mind ;)

    THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU! :D brought one yesterday off Ebay £10! bargin i thought! :) brought it then though oh bugger i should of read more reviews! :D but thanks to all who have replied! can't wait for it to arrive now, one question though it says 6mins, and that's for both arms? i was wondering would you be able to step it up? say do it twice on each arm so 12mins each? or will it not worth for benefit you that way?

    OH WOW a tenner is great value. seriously you wont need to do more than 6 mins - its hard work! i dont do the dvd often but just remember the exercises and do it the same time as im on my stepper.
