Shake weight

Managed to pick up a shake weight for just 4.99 from B&M Bargains. Took it out of the box and was looking for an on switch! Haha what a twit thinking it would be that easy! Will see how I get on.

What's a shake weight?

It's a dumbbell in which the weights on either end are attached to the handle by a spring. It's supposed to tone the arms.
