Shakes only?

Hi does anyone only take the shakes for their 4 pks per day? I did slim & save before & loved the shakes so just wondered if it makes a huge difference if I was to only have shakes. Many thanks x

Took full advantage of the 35% discount email so ordered enough for 10weeks. Got mixture of shakes, meals & bars. So glad I did as I think I'd have struggled on shakes only. Day 3 for me & feeling great. Roll on wi on Wednesday

Thats quite a deal you got there! They are always good at deals at the moment.

I usually have four shakes per day and my fave at the mo is their new Choccy Hazelnut, it tastes like peanut butter. Mmmmmm!
