Hi, I'm due to join up with slimming world tomorrow eve but need to get some shopping today. As I don't know fully what is what yet, could someone tell me how many syns a shape fat free yoghurt is? I had this idea it might be free, but I may have used the dairy option up on milk, so can't allow it there. Obviously all will become clear tomorrow night, but need yoghurts today :)

    Thanks

Lol I work for Sainsburys so therefore have to refuse the competition. :)

S often gave deals on it though which is prob how I started eating them anyway. Thanks all, that's really helpful. x

I'll be like a woman possessed when I go shopping properly on Tues lol
The prob I have is finding a nice low fat, organic, bio yoghurt. Rachels do one, but I also have a policy of taking the next vest thing if there is a good offer on. If that makes sense. Shape usually seem to be on offer.

Thanks for the muller tip tho, that can be second choice. :)
