Shapers Carrot with lemon & coriander houmous

Its a 75g pack where 30g is houmous, the rest is carrot. So literally a couple of tablespoons of houmous.

Any idea's on syns for the houmous? Oh and as I said its Shapers so light.

Dip, Houmous dip, plain, standard, 1 level tbsp 2½
Dip, Houmous dip, plain, reduced fat, 1 level tbsp 1½

I'd use that as a guide. A level tbsp is about 15g.
