melon, melon and more melon - i but about 6 - 8 a week, now and eat them daily, son loves them too so they are chopped up and put in the fridge.

try to eat beans too but not as keen

Melon, grapefruit, strawberries and raspberries, mango, apples, carrots, cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, celery, rocket, urmm i could go on for hours actually lol. I'm a greeny only and most of what i eat is superfree so i like all fruits and veggies :D. I stick to smeller portions of heavy carbs such as rice, pasta and potatoes as they cause me to bloat in large amounts.

Superfree or superspeed?

I cannot live without:
Veggies: Mushies, courgettes, peppers, carrots, broccoli, onions
Fruit: pineapple, apples, mandarins- fresh and raspberries & blackberries-frozen.

Mmmmm I love my superfrees!

I've been having fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast lately to save my Hexs, so that usually consists of some combination of apple, pear, kiwi fruit, banana, blueberries and strawberries.

For lunch I usually have something with salad, so lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, grapes and tomatoes.

I love onion, garlic and mushrooms so they usually find their way into pretty much any evening meal I cook!

How about some superspeedy superfree?
Fruit- I love raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, yellow plums.
Most veggies are speedy so I'll stick with my fav. veggies! :)
At the moment I'm loving the following superspeeds:
strawberries, melon, frozen raspberries, yellow plums :)
