Melon, grapefruit, strawberries and raspberries, mango, apples, carrots, cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, celery, rocket, urmm i could go on for hours actually lol. I'm a greeny only and most of what i eat is superfree so i like all fruits and veggies :D. I stick to smeller portions of heavy carbs such as rice, pasta and potatoes as they cause me to bloat in large amounts.

I've been having fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast lately to save my Hexs, so that usually consists of some combination of apple, pear, kiwi fruit, banana, blueberries and strawberries.

For lunch I usually have something with salad, so lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, grapes and tomatoes.

I love onion, garlic and mushrooms so they usually find their way into pretty much any evening meal I cook!

I love swede and have it lots as an alternative to spuds as its superfree and speed, tomatoes, onions (pickled, red, spring etc ) beetroot, green beans, mushrooms all speed as well as superfree and am really trying to pack them in lately!

Fruit faves are melon and raspberries but eat lots of various fruits daily :)

Its all about the superfree :p
