Well day 3 of my journey!!!

Breakfast: crunchy bran cereal woth skimmed milk

Lunch: savoury rice with carrot batons and bbq sliced chickwn

Dinner: jacket potato with tuna and salad and 3 tbsp of light salad cream

Drinks: sugar free red bull, sugar free relentless, pepsi max and water

Its going well, not hungry, got a lot of weight too loose. Gym tommorow morning!
 
Day 4 :

Breakfast: crunchy bran cereal with skimmed milk

Lunch: Jacket potato with spaghetti loops

Dinner: Home made egg fried rice ( rice, eggs, soy sauce and fry light) with sweet chicken stirfry, all free excep the sauce was a blue dragon sachet = 8 syns

Snacks : bananna, strawberries and a handful of ready cooked chicken breast

Drinks: sugar free squash and pepsi max


Does this all sound ok ??? xx
 
day 5

Breakfast: crunchy bran with skimmed milk

Lunch: Leftovers from last nights dinner

Dinner: Rice and sweet and sour chicken ( home made)

Treats: Extra Dry martini with sugar free soda

Really hoping for a nice loss this week!!!!
