Started lastnite was scary weight lol so hoping that changes soon! Got to be a bridesmaid in oct n currently a size 20/22 n wani wear a 16 dress like I used to!! Starting kettlebell class tomorrow and also goin to get a bell to use at home, that and walking dog will b my exercise for first month or so hope it will be enough!!

B: banana (slept in)

L: homemade soup
X2 small w/w bread hex
Scraping of flora 1.5 syns
X2 small apples

D: not sure yet on way to mil so will report bk on that but it's norm meat veg pot style n I've got syns left :)

Well dinner was a difficult one!! Steak pie n mash with tiger bread then birthday cake after as was oh birthday so in total 28 sins today so shall try a sin free day 2mo which shudnt b too hard as I dnt eat mayo/sauces etc so shud b ok!! Here's to living in hope :) still feelin good thoxx
 
Had a green day yest n cut bk on sins so doing ok now, think I've done ok since wed nite considering I've not had much in house!! Going to do a sw friendly shop today do next few days should b easier!!Xx
 
Well first weekend done, not sure if I'm doing this right or not, guess scales will show on wed until then il just continue to feel huge x
 
Well I'm sitting in all day in cold waiting on plumber coming as my heating n hot water not working :( so far iv had:

B: hexb 2 slice w/m bread, 2 dry fried eggs, 4 bacon medallions and a banana and nectarine.

Is it ok to have fruit as your 1/3 super free like this??x
 
I can't believe my wi is 2mo already, I dnt feel like I've lost weight :( I hope I have but if not I think I need to plan better for meals next week, I hope I dnt just giv In that's what I norm do!! Got this bridesmaid dress to fit into I MUST do this this time!!!

Well I've had a pretty crap nite lastnite and today but apart from using a bit more syns I've done ok and still on track!!x
 
Ok I've not been on here in a few weeks although still attending class, to date I've lost 4pounds in the 5 weeks I've been going, I know that is nothing but I've had 2 weeks of gains in there so im going to accept it and feel quite happy, normally I wud give up now n say it's not working, but I know it does if I don't go over my syns so here's to sticking to plan!! Miby I shud join the really slow loosers group lol! I've had a very up n down few weeks in my personal life so think I'm dealin quite well considering , not sayin I'm not jel of the fowk who started at same time as me who r reaching there stone awards! I think I just realise I need to b more realistic xx
