Starting back on Weight Watchers today so thought i would start my food diary to spur me on - my plan is to weigh in on a sunday and spread my weeklies over the week giving me extra points per day. My allowance is 35 per day + Weeklies

Day 1

Breakfast

Pizza Hut Farmhouse Italian Base x 2 Slices = 12

Lunch

Subway Chicken Breast Sub 6" on wheat with BBQ sauce and Light Mayo + Salad = 10

Dinner

Tesco Light Choices Beef Enchiladas = 11
Salad =0
Brocolli, Chilli, Garlic and 2tbsp Soy Sauce stir fried = 0
2tbsp Extra Light Mayo = 1

Snacks

Special K Bar = 2
1/2 Pack Of Quavers = 1
1 Slice Pizza Hut Farmhouse Italian Base = 6
Bowl of Steamed Veg (Carrots, Cauliflower, Green Beans) = 0
1tbsp Tomato Ketchup = 0

Total 43 (8 Weeklies Used)

Day 2

Breakfast

Warburtons Thin = 3
2 Eggs Scrambled = 4
Mushrooms = 0
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup = 1

Lunch ( I didnt actually Eat these at the same time just while i was out and about)

Coop Light Choices Cheese & Onion Sandwich = 8
Tesco Light Choices BLT Sandwich = 8

Dinner

Adams Cooked Chicken Straws x13 = 12
Salad = 0

Snacks

Aldi Huggy Bears = 3
3/4 Pack Chocolate Buttons = 4
Rowntrees Randoms sports edition sweets x 18 = 6
1/4 Bar Cadburys Dairy Milk = 2

20 Point Blow out = 20


Total 51/35
Weeklies to date 44/49

Somehow ive just managed to eat another 20 points on top of this and have eaten 71 points, im disgusted in myself as i write that, its my totm im feeling rubbish and day 2 of my restart and ive blown all myweeklies, brilliant!!!!! just going to have to be super good for the rest of the week and hope for the best come sunday. I think whats worse is that as i type this its 5.45pm

1/4 tesco bakersoft sub roll = 2
1tsp I cant believe its not butter = 1
1/2 milkyway yoghurt = 2

Lunch

Rustlers Chicken Salsa + Cheese Wrap = 9
1 portion homemade maggi veg curry = 4

Dinner

1 portion homemade maggi veg curry = 4
Sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Chicken Chow Mein = 9


Snacks

1 portion homemade maggi veg curry = 4

Much better and 1000% times more positive, its so hard to get back on track after restarting, i wish i was as dedicated as i was the first time round.
 
Yea it can be hard as habits creep back in and it's hard to break them,maybe think about how you felt when you first started WW and why you started,maybe that will help :0)
