Started the EE plan thursday and this is my first few days of doing sw.

I feel like i must be doing it wrong as i ate LOADS today for me.

This is my days so far, comments appreciated

Thurs-

Breakfast 2 weetabix HEB
250 ml semi skimmed milk HEA
(what was left used in cups of tea)
Nectarine

Lunch-
Jacket pot
baked beans
side salad of cucumber, red pepper, celery and salad light spray

Snack - Cadburys fudge (6 syns)

Tea-
Pasta
tinned tomatoes
sweetcorn
peas
carrots

Snack & supper

Apple
banana
muller light

Friday-

Breakfast

2 weetabix HEB
250ml semi skimmed milk HEA
Apple

Lunch

Omelette
Bacon
cucumber
lettuce
celery
red pepper

Tea

Chicken breast
sw chips
mushy peas

Supper & snacks

muller light
banana
1 rich tea biscuit cadburys buttons 10.5 syns

Sat

Same breakfast

Lunch

Jacket pot
tinned toms
satsuma

Tea

Pasta in quark
homemade turkey burgers
salad

Snack & supper

Sunday

Breakfast

bacon
scrambled egg

tinned toms mushrooms

Lunch

1 slice of wholemeal bread (800g loaf) HEB
slice of lean ham
thin spread of quark
lettuce
apple
satsuma

Tea

Pork
small potato
cabbage
satsuma

Snacks wispa 11 syns
250ml semi skimmed milk HEA

Will probably also have muller light and fruit


Do you think i am eating too much or the wrong things? Especially today

Monday -

Breakfast, 2 weetabix HEB, 250ml semi skimmed milk HEA

Lunch - Salad with pots and ham, 2 satsumas

Snack Wispa 11 syns

Tea - Stirfry (egg noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, peas, onion, peppers) 2 satsumas

Supper will be fruit and if still hungry a muller light

Hi Shelly - looks fine to be - not that I am an expert! Maybe some of the regulars will come up with something different - I stick to these rules - no cheating, eat 1/3 superfree with every meal, i put the superfree on first so that I'm not just squashing the veg on, keep a diary and don't starve myself, see how you get on in your first weigh in and reevaluate if necessary, good luck, donna x

Good luck with your weigh in tonight! Where did you get the salad light spray from? I have been lookign out for it but not seen it yet. Thanks x
