Shifting the flab...for the final time

Started back on SW today and weighed in at 13st 10 1/2lb.
Weigh ins will be a Monday evening and I will be doing it home this time as money is a bit tight at the minute.

Usually do green days but going to try and cut down on carbs so will do a mix of Red and EE days...

Today was an EE day
Banana on way to work

Breakie: 2 x Weetabix (hexb) with milk (hexa) raspberies and blueberries.
Pineapple

Lunch: Mugshot, Apple, Orange, Apricots

Dinner: Roast beef (all fat removed), carrots, potatoes

Snacks: Special K Biscuits 5 syns, Mini gingerbread man 5 syns, Orange

Hexa measured, syns double checked :)

So my biggest problem is questioning am I over eating or doing it right...So any help or advice would be great. I have to do this this time...I want to be a fit mum and have fun with my bike mad son (hence the name)....

So day two down and feeling ok so far..
Red day today

Banana on drive into work
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk/raspberries/blueberries
Pineapple

Lunch: Large salad with cheese and ham, 3 ryvita

Dinner: Lean ham cubed, 2 eggs, 2 portobello mushrooms, spring onions

Snacks: Sugar free gum (not sure of syns), 3 mini gingerbread men 7 syns

Hexa: Cheese and Milk
Hexb: Weetabix/3 ryvita

All hexs measured/weighed...

Does this look ok for a red day??

Day three - EE

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with milk/raspberries / blueberries

Lunch: Large Ham salad

Dinner: baked potatoe with mushy peas/crispy lean bacon and salad

Snacks: Apricots, Apple, Banana, Melon
2 special k biscuits (5 syns)...
3 gingerbread men (7 syns)...


Good day all round, hopefully Im following it properly. .
