2 slices WM toast and Spread (3) HEB

Lunch
4 Quorn sausages (4)
Roasted new Pots
punnet of mushrooms
1 fried egg (1/2)


Tea

Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto HEA Actually was half superfree with loads of peppers and BNS,

Other
Milk for tea (1.5)
Mint Muller light

Wholemeal wrap (gonna tweak this to be a HEB I know naughty).

They're the new ones, I had my first one last night it was lovely so I'm going to try it frozen, will let you know the verdict!
 
the frozen mint ones are gawjus.
 
Really looking forward To it now! Will have to buy more today as I have one in the fridge and I have a feeling it won't be there tonight!

Going to have to syn the wrap or do without as just had toast and jam for breakfast! Not sure of the syns got Jam will look it up tonight.

I have 3 mint ones in my fridge... I had wondered about them frozen... think I'm gonna have to! That's gonna be tomorrow nights' snack!
 
I've seen you posting before about the winter hash recipe from the last mag - I made one this morning and 1/4 was far too much!! I could only eat half of it, so filling!

I was wondering how long you keep yours for and if you have it cold or reheat? I've so much left!

I'm such a piggy I can eat 1/4!
I keep mine for a couple of days, the mag says 24 hours mind.
I don't know whether it can be frozen, I would have thought so though.
You could also divide up the mixture into muffin pans and freeze those.

The only reason I'm not sure is the tinned potatoes if they would go mushy I don't think so but they do have a different texture to fresh potatoes, so to be on the safest side I would perhaps use boiled new potatoes.
 
OK so yesterday went Belly-up! Work got in the way and ended up with a Pasta salad, then I couldn't find WM wraps and ended up with normal, add a couple of Rum and diet cokes.....

Oh well!

Cottage Pie with lots of superfree veggies added.
 
I'm on a 33 hour shift starting at 7am tomorrow.

Breakfast: One Pan Winter hash 1/4 (HEA)
Lunch: H Vegetable Soup
Dinner: Afghan Carrot Hotpot with Batchelors Savoury Rice Broccoli (Taking SU out to Theatre to see Sister Act)

HEB: 2xAlpen Lights
Snacks: Melon, Apples, Clementines, Sugar snap peas, yellow baby plum tomatoes

Wednesday
Breakfast: One Pan Winter Hash (last 1/4) (HEA)
Lunch: Leftover Afghan Carrot Hotpot
Dinner: Spag Bol Salad

Snacks: Melon, Apples, Clementines, Sugar snap peas, Yellow baby Plum tomatoes



Thursday
Breakfast: FF Greek Yogurt and berries
Lunch: Sardine Salad + Ryvita
Dinner: Chicken Stuffed with Mozarella wrapped in bacon, Roasted New potatoes and roasted veg


Friday
Breakfast: Boiled Egg and Soldiers (HEB)
Lunch: Onion Soup & Potato Skins
Dinner: Chicken Curry and Rice

HEA in tea/15g sprinkled on soup
 
Today went a bit wonky!
Breakfast : winter hash as planned
Lunch : had this at gone two so had the carrot Hotpot and savoury rice
Dinner: missed however I had
Slice chocolate birthday cake
2 boaster cookies
2 mini dark chocolates
1/4 bag haribo
1/3 bag minstrels

So what a cock up! I'm so sick of myself right now!
 
Yesterday was great guns....until I succumbed to a couple of pancakes!!!
Wednesday:
B: Winter Hash HEA
L: Vegetable Soup, Melon, Toffee Muller Light, Apple
T: Spag Bol with about a million mushrooms

I forgot my HEB again!

Anyway today:

B: Berry Yogurt Crush (lush)
L: Roasted kippers, Mushrooms, yellow baby plum Tomatoes, Toast (HEB)
D: Cheese stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon,(HEA) roasted new potatoes, Sugar snap peas. Mint Muller for dessert

Snacks Melon. Celeriac and carrot chips.
Syns: 2 for milk in tea, 2 for spread, 3.5 for Quirks Biscuit

Crisps
Iced bun
(memo to self: DON'T SKIP MEALS)

Dinner
Chicken and mushroom curry and rice and some SW chips (picked out the chicken though) big salad of tomatoes, cucumber and red onion

Ice cream and banana and a choc digestive (bless this was my son he wanted to cheer me up so crushed a biscuit over my ice cream)

About 50 syns? I must look up the iced bun
