    Lunch= Mushroom and cheese omelette with salad hexa 1 1/2 syn
    Dinner= Colcannon Pie (with beef not lamb) 3 1/2 syn (gravy granules)

    2xtea= 1 syn

    Been at work and couldn't update sooooo

    Tuesday
    breakfast 2 eggs on wholemeal toast (HEB)

    2 apples, 1 Plum,
    2 Maryland cookies (6 Syns)

    No lunch

    Dinner: Gammon steak, dry roasted new potatoes, Mushy peas and mushrooms

    Activia Fat free yogurt

    HEA in coffee and tea

    Breakfast/Brunch
    Dry roasted new potatoes, eggs,

    4 plums

    Dinner: Pork chops, mash and steamed mixed veg
    Activia fat free yogurt

    I'm going to guess at 6 Syns, as I pinched a bit of the ham/cheese croissant and a couple of fries at McD's, probably overguesstimating mind!

    Still need to have HEB
    HEA in coffee/tea.

    I know that's alot of eggs over two days but I'm stumped as what to cook at work!

    ETA: Had Wholemeal Pitta with ham HEB

    Had 'Lunch' at 3.35

    2x wholemeal pittas filled with bacon lettuce and tomato and extra light mayo 7.5 syns

    Spaghetti Bolognaise (with extra veg, Extra lean beef mince) using Dolmio Light between 3 of us so 2 syns

    Apple
    Banana
    2x activia yog

    HEA in tea/coffee

    Lunch : (at service users family's so non SW) 1/2 egg mayo sandwich (4)
    Dinner: Batchelors rice, and simply cook fish garlic herbs and sun dried tomatoes 1 1/2 syns

    small slice sponge cake 10 syns???

    Thursday Green
    35 mins gym

    Breakfast: Quorn sausages, omelette, tomatoes
    Lunch: None (asleep)
    Dinner: Simply cook chicken in red wine sauce and roasted new potatoes, green beans
    Supper: Smash buttery and tinned spagetti mini babybel HEA

    (totally forgot to have HEB!)

    Breakfast: banana
    Lunch: Jacket potato and beans and salad 1 syn mayo
    Dinner: Spagetti bolognese and salad 2Syns

    Dinner: Chicken Burger in ciabatta bun, SW chips, salad, sw coleslaw about 40 syns

    Lunch: roast chicken dinner (non SW pots, yorkie puds and gravy) 18 syns
    Tea: Windmill bread(12) , egg mayo(1), french fries crisps (4)
    2 low fat greek yogurts 6 syns

    total syns 41

    Breakfast
    Big bowl melon, with 28g shredded wheat HEB and a little milk from HEA
    Kippers and tomatoes.

    Dinner: Tesco liver and bacon casserole 3 syns
    New potatoes
    Bag mixed veg

    Supper after work. 1 pkt batchelors noodles fat free

    Naughties: one chicken ball from sons dinner, it's 17.5 syns a portion and I had one of the 10 balls, so 2 syns?

    I totally forgot to have my HEB!
