    Hey all in preparation for my shopping trip this friday so i can print the list and dont end up buyin bad things!!!
    i decided to create a list with points beside and maybe meal ideas hope ppl will copy paste and add their ideas, :)


    no cal spray (stupid question but is this defo no points?)
    broccolli 0pt
    asparagus 0pt
    cauliflower 0pt
    celery 0pt
    stock cubes 0pt
    cheese triangles 0.5pt
    minimilk!! 0.5pt
    tuna in brine can 1pt
    eggs 1.5pt
    smoked salmon 60g 1.5
    yoghurt 2pt
    skimmed milk 2 pt a glass??
    chicken breast 2.5
    micro chips 2.5pt

    skimmed milk is 2pts a pint
    a standard can of tuna in brine is 2.5pts
    its not "no cal spray" its "one cal spray" and about 15 sprays are no points, above that, its pointed...dont get the better than butter one, it makes things taste ming, i recommend the olive oil one.
    only medium/small eggs are 1.5pts large ones are 2 points.
    if u get weight watchers yoghurts they are 0.5pts each.
    my essentials are:
    marmite,
    reduced sugar jam (0.5pts per teaspoon),
    crumpets (1pts)
    Kingsmill 50/50 crustless bread 0.5pts
    harvester cheweee bars in white chocolate chip 1.5pts
    tesco value hula hoops 1pt
    french fries 1pt
    reduced fat hummus mini pots (60g pot 1.5pts)

    ohhh mini hummous pots!! im in need of hummous, been to scared to buy the big pots cos i will eat it all. Now i can have a little bit and behave myself :)

    do u get them in tesco ? ASDA?

    where does one find 70g cans of tuna, i only ever find 130g

    theyre the lil ones hun in a pak you mite often see them on hols together in like a five pak, i always get them in tescos and jus checked by ww book drained weight at 70g is 1 but only realised these cans drained weigh in at 56g!! every lil counts plus you really get more than enough tuna :0 i lihe to mix a cheese triangle in with it with maybe some peppers great alternatine to tuna and mayo lol :)

    Silver spoon sweetener
    Stir fry packs
    Bacon medalions
    Fat free greek yogurt
    Pasta sauces..just check for lowest cal/sat fat..putanesca or arribiata usually
    Chicken breasts
    Crumpets
    Flora light
    Oranges
    Marinades
    Pasta
    Aromat seasoning

    Hmmm..thats all i can think of for now.

    Tesco value pasta sauce is 2pts for the jar and i only use a quarter when making pasta for my self...

    extra fine egg noodles, smoked haddock, baby new potatoes, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cadburys lite choc mousses, skinny cow ice cream, rye crispbreads, frozen mixed berries (to put in porridge or sugar free jelly), slimasoups, prawns, rocket, fresh chilli's (in everything!) linda mcartney veggie sausages, cod fillets, crabsticks, walkers french fries, green tea bags, tinned tomatoes, wafter thin turkey, ww mash....er.. so much cant think!! lots of fresh fish which I do in the oven in a lidded casserole dish in skimmed milk and lemon juice with thyme on top. mainly serve with small portion of new pots and green beans/mange tout/cabbage. lovely and only 3 points the whole meal!!
