Attack Shopping list staples

Lots of pure protein eg chicken breasts;eggs,fat free yoghurts (0%fat free greek yoghurt is fab!),oatbran,fat free fromage frais,very low fat cottage cheese if you can find it,crabsticks,any fish oh and lots of water!!! Good luck!
 
Just to add to izzysmum's post ...I found natural cottage cheese (under 1% fat in Tesco's) and they do packs of sliced organic smoked salmon for £3 - thought that was a good price!
