Hi Guys & Girls,

First weigh in tonight, but prior to that I am doing the weekly shop...

Any advice re. free foods/hex a & b that you always buy....I have stocked up on activia & laughing cow light triangles

Any input appreciated....red or green

we buy lots of passata to use as base for pasta sauces, muller light yoghurts, fruit and veg, lean cuts of meat, lean minced beef ect to make meals up
and then carrots, cucumber, fresh podded peas, ryvitas, extra light phileadelphia ect for snacks
 
I usually make sure I've got, rice, pasta, potatoes, couscous & polenta in, also buy any fruit & veg which takes my fancy, I also make sure I've got plenty of quorn in, then will all that there is always something I can make to eat.
