So here goes... I start tomorrow having dabbled before ugh little commitment..

I'm so motivated to do this now and after months and years or eating crap, I'm looking forward to a break from food. I know I'm going to find this tough, but I'm determined to do this.

Day 1 and I'm off. 14 stone from the scales.. A day just messing about with the kids ahead I think before back to work tomorrow. Sun is out and it's a lovely day x
