Should I eat my activity points?

Hi All

Ive been doing this diet for the last 6 months and I know im a slow looser but this is probably as i love my weekends and I always use my weekly points but hardly ever go over them! Now the question i have is ive been exercising on and off and the last time i was going to the gym 3-4 times per week my weight just stayed the same for about 5 weeks straight :confused: Since i havnt been going to the gym over the last 2 months i have seen a steady weight loss... now ive started to go back to the gym this week as I enjoy exercising but im now scared about going back to staying the same weight! Yesterday i was talking to someone who thought i should eat about 75% of my activity points and she thought that this may give me more weight loss... but does this make any sense?? whats the best thing to do? I want to exercise but i still want to loose weight!!

Any help will be appreciated

I go the gym and exercise at home nearly everday and i eat some if not alm of ap. Partly because i do get extra hungry after exercising ,x

I gain 4 ap with the 'shred and I've not been eating them but reading some advice on here I think I should be having at least some?

I would say perhaps take 1 or 2 points extra on your exercise days, and see how you go on wi, and keep adding if you arent having any success. When I was weightwatching I had to eat some of my AP to lose, but then I was earning about 60 of them a week. Sometimes you need the fuel to metabolise and get your body burning that fat. xx

Definitely. I've been strictly back on the plan since Tuesday and enjoying it again. I've tried to get back on so many times and fell off again but I'm back in the zone this time

That sounds like what she was saying! the only reason why ive not eaten them before is because i thought i would have added weight loss but im wrong about that!! but im going to start eating some of them and see how i get on!!
