# Shred- AP?

It depends on your weight and whether the workout was low, normal or high intensity and then the duration of the workout. I dont really work out my AP cuz you need the lil AP graph for it that I dont have cuz I'm doing this myself from home. I wouldnt eat my AP anyway, just weeklies so I've been kinda ignoring my AP. It would be interesting to know though...

I think you put your weight in as lbs. Just numbers i.e I'd put in 163.
Also note:
Low intensity means you aren't sweating at all during your activity. Moderate intensity means you begin sweating after ten minutes.
High intensity means you begin sweating between 3-5 minutes after starting your activity.

Sorry I also found this way of working it out (seems to work)

Light Activity is your current weight X # of mins X .000232
Mod Activity is your current weight X # of mins X .000327
Heavy Activity your current weight X # of mins X .0008077

e.g if I did Heavy Activity for 20 mins (I'm 163lb):
163 X 20 X .0008077 = 2.63... So thats 3pp.
