does any! no the syns of any of the shwarts seasonings. u no those packet mixes u make for casseroles/spag bol/ chicken and leek bake ect xx

beef caserole 7 syns
bolognese pasta bake 7 syns

They all seem to be around 7 syns for the full pack, so once devided between 4 people doesn't seem so bad.

blimey thats alot?i had the chicken and leek bake one last nite and by accident mixed it with water instead of milk lol tasted the same tho lol. that is a lot for just powder lol x

oops the syns i gave you were for the colemans mixs, but just had a look at the schwartz and there isnt much difference...
