Shwartz garlic italian seasoning

Can anyone tell me if the schwartz garlic and italian seasoning is free? i have been using a lot of it lately thinking its syn free.

Values per 100g
Energy: 278 KCal
Protein: 12.6 g
Carbohydrates: 73.3 g
of which sugars: 17.2 g
Fat: 1.9 g
of which saturates: 1 g
Fibre: 20.7 g
Sodium: 2.1 g
Values per serving
Energy: 10 KCal
Protein: 0.4 g
Carbohydrates: 2.6 g
of which sugars: 0.6 g
Fat: 0.1 g
of which saturates: Trace
Fibre: 0.7 g
Sodium: 0.1 g


Value per serving based on 1 tbs (3.5g) per serving.

look at the nutritional info for 100g I doubt very much it is free.

But going by the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule of thumb. As it has no free food allowance.

It is only 0.5 syns per tablespoon.

theres 42g in the tub, does that mean it will be less than half a syn as theres less than the nutrition info for 100g... or am i way off here lol

it is 3.5g per tablespoon, so each 3.5g is 0.5 syns.

so you need to divide 42g by 3.5g grams and then multiply by 0.5 to get the total total syn value.

In other words the 42g packet will be 6 syns.
