Had a busy day, ones of those days where you dont seem to stop but get not a lot done..

my AP and weeklies have changed from yesterday as i have altered my weigh in day to friday am. going to start weighing in on my wii before work and before the excesses of the weekend! cheating maybe but hey makes me feel better.

As long as it works sticking to the same menus is fine!! Reading through them tho made me chuckle cos at the beginning you were having 1/2 breakfasts 2/3point lunches and i was thinking bloody hell u must b starving!! But as the week goes on u r eating more
Dont be afraid to eat and use all your points because otherwise you may not have a loss at all. How long have you been going propoints for?? Are you enjoying it??

Lol this is my 3rd week at it, just getting to grips with it now.

1st week, I ate really well, really low pp foods and filled up on fruit. I put on a 1/4 lb :-/ so didn't work lol

Trying to eat my points properly now, just getting past the rigid rules stuck in my head that tries to prevent me; feels odd, being encouraged to eat more to lose weight doesn't it!

How you getting on? :)

Im doing ok,been at it on and off for 2months,only wanna lose 10-14pounds ,my brother gets married end of july then i want to maintain until my wedding in december. I usually go to the gym 2 or 3times a week. I use all my weeklies every single week.my biggest loss has been 3 my smallest loss 0.5 i had 2weeks off and when i went back id put on 6pound!!! So back to where i was before my hols now.iv got 2.5to do but secretly wanna do 4. I prob wont tho as iv got lots of functions and eating out planned in the next 2weeks. I started a diary on here but no1 read it lol so i dont write my food anymore,i do in my tracker tho!! I'l keep nosing at ur diary tho an get some tips! X

Glad my diary helps someone ;-) it is hard when your down to the last few lbs I was at that stage a few months ago but it crept back on!! So easy isn't it.

Cancelled my gym for the summer to save for holiday to America in october. Do lots of running though. Completed the London marathon in April, took me 5 hrs 17 mins and 45 secs.

Say I want to get down to 9'10 but really would like a bit lower but not sure I'll make it!?! Now at 10'7 3/4 feels like I've got a long way to go, but not as far as I've come ;-)

Monday 11th july

College day, all a bit of a rush but thats not really a bad thing. had a dr app for dd for her ADHD, upted her meds so hoping for a little less stress in my life now ;-) well i can hope he he. Decided to go swimming while dd had her swimming lessons, felt really good did 45 mins of lane swimming and didnt stop once, yay!! however feel somewhat cheated when i've put it in iphone app - 45 mins swimming 3pp!?! gutted, thought it would be at least 5!! oh well it all helps i suppose.

I would say if u were swimming quite hard it would be more! Check in purple book according to weight, effort n time xx
