OK so tomorrow it will be a week and although i havent seen the scales yet, im getting sick of this already! i dont feel like im on a diet anymore even though ive been having 2 shakes and a meal a day (or less):angel09::angel09:.
I just feel like i'm eating so much! The other morning i forced myself to eat:jelous:. And today i just wanted to eat everything :drool: but i didnt lol :eek:
any tips :(

hi..From what your saying 'two shakes and a meal a day, or less..', sounds to me like your not eating enough.Have you used your snacks? even a few pieces of fruit. you may not be feeling hungry, cos youre not eating enough. i know it may sound daft but if you go below what your allowed sometimes your body starts to reject food, and you dont have an appetite..ALWAYS make sure you have a meal..its vital for the nutrients and calories.otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and you dont lose fat. youll lose muscle and put it back on as soon as you start eating normally again.It kind of goes agains a dieters mind set, but eating (the right things) in the right proportions really does help to lose weight.I normally find that the weeks where ive eaten my two shakes, 600 cal meal, and all three 100 cal snacks, have been the weeks where ive had the best weight loss.whens your weigh in day?

See I'm still feeling a little hungry on mine. I'm convinced it's psychological although there was a few rumbles the first few days... I think it just showed how much I was overeating beforehand. Make sure you take in the right amount of calories!!! It's important, don't want you getting ill on us :)

I agree with what mondayclubber says...by eating too little your metabolism will be slowing down and you will find it harder to lose weight. You need to eat more to kick start your metabolism, this will make you feel hungry and encourage weight loss....I know it sounds counter-intuitive...but it will work:)

Olivia - I was fine for the first day or two, then absolutely starving for the next few days.....I am usually finr most days now, but do still get peckish if I don't have my afternoon snack.
