I usually become very calm, all my cravings disappear and I get more energy. I always know as at the back of my throat I have a tinny taste (you will know it if you taste it). I always find it hits on day 3 or 4 so I can usually identify when I am in ketosis. Failing all else I use ketostix.

I get what feels like a flu so headaches and tiredness and aches as I'm withdrawing from carbs but once I hit ketosis I stop being hungry and have bags of energy! Xxx
