Hey there, I've got this bhaji mix, but annoyingly it only gives the nutritional value of the bhaji that has been deep fried in vegetable oil! The main ingredients in this are chickpea flour, spices and wheat flour. You add onion and water to the mix. Does anyone know how to more accurately syn up the pack? I'd be making patties with them rather than balls, and cooking them in fry light, not deep fried in oil.

I think it's that high coz they include the oil from the deep frying, but I won't be cooking it that way.
