Singapore Style Rice

Hi Just thought id share this recipe with you - made it last night and t have with the adana kebabs in this months SW magazine

boil up 200g of kong grain rice and set aside to cool - when cold stir in a a couple of teaspoons of curry powder.

in frylight, fry off small slithers of chicken or prawns, mushrooms, and garlic or any other vegs you like ie pepper, onions etc

beat 2 eggs togther

add rice to pan and stir qucikly and put to one side of pan
add eggs and stir
then just toss all togther add some soy n season and its gawjus

not sure on the syn value though ive not worked that bit out yet
should be free on extra Easy i reckon
