Here I am, my first 'healthy eating' diary!

Aiming for a slow steady decline in weight that's sustainable and achievable without running the lbs race!

Friday 2nd dec

Cup of coffee with sweetener and semi skimmed milk.
30g porridge, made with water & a splash of semi milk.
Pack of raisins (these are prepacked at 128kcals a go and I use them frequently)

Weight watchers beef and veg hotpot
Mixed vegetables
2 x ww bread (wholemeal)

Easybake fish, 240g (haddock, not battered!)
1/3 tin of tinned potatoes, mixed veg, 1/2 tin of mushy peas.
Muller light (banana & custard)
Frozen fruit salad.

1 x conference pear
1 x satsuma
2 x coffees using semi skimmed & sweetener
2 x ww biscuits (pack of 2 85kcals)
