Ok so start of my second week on the plan. Lost 5.5 lbs first week :)

Breakfast:
Danone activia lemon n lime (free)
Pineapple (superfree)
Coffee (free)

Hifi light (HEB)
Banana (superfree)

Lunch:
Chip shop curry (feee and superfree)
Rice (free)

Didnt have time to cook chicken but my sis made sauce so took into work n rice

Hifi light (HEB)
2 mandarins (superfree)

Lost 1 stone after 6 weeks on plan so happy :).

Forgot to makr something for dinns in work today so ordered a chicken rogan josh n boiled rive 6.5 syns :).
