Ok so haven't been following plan for over a month. Been very busy with final exams etc but not having any more excuses no!
Going back to meeting tomorrow so not sure of damage yet :/
Gonna post my diary everyday...

Yeah they are raspberry and they are full size like a shop solero!!
Only 2pp couldnt believe it! There 84 cals so tink im right!? (40 cals normally equals one propoint)
They come in multipacks of 3 xx

ooo found them on WW online tracker they are 3pp so that is amazing!!! im defo getting some!!! it says 3pp for 1 stick (90ml) so should be right ones?

i had the ice pop yesterday!!! i took it off the stick and had in a bowl with some raspberries :D omg was yum!!! so tasty!!!

day looks all good! hope your enjoying the sunshine!! xxx

Ended going up to eddie rockets after work (10pm) with my friend and went over weeklies by 2.
Gonna eat 2 less tomorrow, maybe get some exercise in and be 100% and I know il still lose x x

I'm fine thanks! I end up saving my points until the end of the day and then I'm not even hungry so have to eat for the sake of eating! Silly tbh, i should really try having bigger breakfasts!
ive the opposite problem!
Yeah would be best to have a bigger breakie instead of eating sweets etc x
