Here goes. Due TOTM any time soon. Used all my weeklies til Friday so really need to buckle down. Decided to make a diary to try & keep on track
Start weight; 13st 6lbs. 32 pp per day til weeklies renew xx
Milk for the day (3)
Breakfast;
Harvest morn fruit & fibre (4), shape yog (2), banana (0)
Lunch; Tesco lighter choices sezschuan chicken with egg noodles (8), apple (0) yogurt (2)
Tea; Cod (2) new potatoes 150g (3) mixed veg (1) mushy peas (3).
Mini milk (2)
Supper; banana (0) hot choc (1)
