Hi everyone,
I have found a group that will let me join and attend fortnightly due to shift patterns but I don't weight in until tomorrow.
So today I got started on my own, actually I started Monday but only went shopping today so I actually just went hungry Monday Tuesday, or as good as.
Today i might have went OTT!!!
What do you think? Too much?
Banana
Apple
5 x Crab sticks
1 x Wholemeal (heb)
Milk (hea)
400g spaghetti hoops
2 eggs
THEN....
I made 12 muffin size crustless quiche's with 12 slices of wafer thin ham, 6 mushrooms, 12 cherry tomatoes, 35g of 5% fat cream cheese, 4 eggs. Then I ate 4!
AND...
Later I'm having left over shepherds pie and some spicy butternut squash soup as a sort of gravy, sounds awful but i think it will be really nice with the lamb mince and the potato topping is quite dry without lashing of butter and cream.
Will I actual lose weight eating this much food?
