    Happy New Year everyone.

    Ive been a little slack with my diary entries come the end of 2010, so here ive started my fresh new year with a fresh new diary. Comments welcome :) xxx

    1st January 2011 - EE

    Breakfast - 2 egg omlette with EL bacon and cherry toms. 1 banana.

    Lunch - 3 Krisprolls (B) with Flora Light (2) and Marmite. 1 pear.

    Dinner
    - Spag Bowl (EL mince, tinned tomatos, onion, beef oxo cube, mushrooms, seasoning and pasta) and 1 onion ring (2?)

    Snacks
    - Cups of tea with skimmed milk(A) and a Kitkat (5.5)

    Total Syns - 9.5

    Looks fine to me, as long as your veggies are 1/3 of the plate, also hardly any snacks, I eat about 2/3 of my mass in fruit during the day in addition to meals...

    Are you sure you are getting 1/3 superfree? You might need to up it a little, as it might not be for breakfast and lunch.

    Hi SJ, that looks ok to me too. I would think breakfast would be ok as you have your tomatoes and the banana but lunch looks like it could do with some extra suprefree. Maybe have some salad with it? Good luck

    I am the same struggle with the 1/3 thing. Trying to have salad or veg with everything. But with some meals like curry and spag bol I find it difficult, I try and add as much in as I can e.g. onion, peppers, mushrooms...but never sure if that's enough!

    Looks good to me, I find the best way to get as much veg in as possible is by adding it into sauces and things so keep it up :)

    Wow! Thank you all for your comments! I ate as much as I could yesterday so maybe EE isnt for me!?

    Anyway, cracking on with a green day today :)

    2nd January 2011 - Green

    Breakfast - 2 Wheatabix (B) with skimmed milk (A) and a chopped banana.

    Lunch - Tin of spaghetti with 1 tspn of Flora Light (1). Batchlors Pasta in a Mug (1), 1 pear and 4 cherry toms.

    Dinner
    - 1 packet of Batchelors Pasta in Sauce (0.5) with steamed mixed veg (carrots, green beans and cauliflower)

    Snacks
    - 3 Krisprolls (B) with strawberry jam (2). 1 Timeout (4). Mini bag of Haribo (3)

    Total Syns - 11.5

    Flora light is not an A choice as far as I can see on the website...
    though you have counted 2 syns and I can only find 1 syn there so maybe the other 1syn is the flora :/

    3rd January 2011 - Red

    Breakfast - 3 Krisprolls (B) with 1 tbspn of EL mayo (0.5) and roast chicken.

    Lunch - 1/2 a SW quiche (pineapple cottage cheese (1) , onion, mushrooms, bacon, cherry toms & eggs) and 1 tspn of tomato sauce (1)

    Dinner
    - Chicken in red wine sauce stew (1/4 packet of Schwarts red wine sauce (2), corn flour (1), onions, mushrooms, carrotts, chicken and seasoning). 1 banana.

    Snacks
    - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2 Alpen Light Bars. 1 Time Out (4)

    Total Syns - 9.5

    4th January 2011 - Red

    Breakfast- 2 slices of a 400g Hovis Wholemeal bread loaf (B) with tuna and EL mayo (1.5). 1 pear.

    Lunch - Can of tesco mackrel fillets in tomato sauce, 1 apple and 1 banana.

    Dinner - Serlion steak (fat removed), mixed vegetables, 4 'fried' cherry toms and 1 tbspn of EL mayo (0.5)

    Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2 Alpen Light Bars.
    3 cherry tomatos. Mini Haribo (3). 1 Time Out (4)

    Total Syns - 9

    Breakfast - 6 cherry tomatos and a ww desert recipe yoghurt (0.5).

    Lunch - Batchelors mild curry rice mixed with a packet of steamed veg. 1 pear and 1 apple.

    Dinner - Boiled rice and 1/2 can of Stagg Chilli Silverado (2.5) with added cherry tomatos.

    Snacks - 2 Alpen Light Bars (B).
    3 Krisprolls (B) with light flora (2).

    Total Syns - 5

    Breakfast - 4 Original Ryvitas(B) with Light Choices Pineapple Cottage Cheese (1.5)

    Lunch - Low Fat Supernoodles mixed with sweetcorn. 1 banana.

    Dinner - Egg noodles, mixed vegetables and low fat creme freche (2)

    Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2 Alpen Light Bars (B). 1 Time out (4)


    Total Syns - 7.5

    Lost 2lb this week, well happy! Pretty good considering it's also * week.

    Anyway, today (Friday 7th Jan) is an off plan day for me as I had a tattoo done this morning and nearly passed out so had to have tonnes of sugar in the form of full-fat coke, chocolate and jelly sweets. Im off out for a curry tonight with friends too which doesnt help. Im going to try and make a good choice though, probably boiled rice and lamb rogan josh.

    Back on it tomorrow :) x
