After falling off the wagon for the best part of a week due to my birthday and general lack of motivaiton, i'm please to announce i'm back on it as of today! Yay!

Saturday 14th August 2010 (Red)

Beakfast: Apple and a banana

Lunch: 4 Original Ryvita's (B) with 300g of Tesco Light Choices Cottage Cheese with Pineapple (1.5)

Dinner:
Curried Chicken Stew (Diced chicken breast, carrots, red onion, mushrooms, red pepper, chicken OXO cube, curry powder and water)

Snacks:
Ryvita Minis (B), Time Out (4.5) and white chocolate Options (2.5) mixed with Quark.

Total Syns:
8.5

Sunday 15th August 2010 (EE)

Beakfast: 3 rashers of bacon (fat removed), 1 poached egg, 1/2 can on baked beans and 2 halved mushrooms.

Lunch: Roast chicken Mugshot, Vanilla Muller Light, apple and a pear.

Dinner:
Ligtly dusted haddock (5) and SW chips.

Snacks:
1 Fibre Plus bar (B) and a packet of Quavers (4.5)

Lunch: Batchelors Mild Curry Rice and a packet of Sweet Chilli Ryvita Minis (B)

Dinner: 2 Alpen Light Bars (B)

Lunch: Tesco Oakland Ravioli (2.5)

Dinner: 1 jacket potato with 1/2 can of baked beans and 1/2 can of sweetcorn.

Dinner: Turkey breast with carrots, cauliflower, breen beans and BBQ sauce (1).

Ok, after the death of my belived cat Pru on Thursday 26th August, my SW eating habits went right out of the window.
